Sleep is an important part of our lives as it is when we allow our bodies and minds to recover. Without enough sleep, our bodies will become weak and our immune system will weaken. We will be more prone to acquiring diseases and illnesses. To make things worse, you will look older and actually grow old faster. You will probably grow some acne and have dark circles under your eyes. If you have troubles sleeping, you better start using over the counter sleep aids right away.

Our friend Jerry is always that topic of joke when our friends get together because of his bald head. It shines with the light like it’s always polished and waxed. Earlier this morning, I noticed that a part of my head has less hair. This is not good as I don’t want to suffer the same fate as Jerry. Because of this I decided to start using hair loss shampoo. I’m still finding out what is the best shampoo to use but I will definitely start using soon.

This is just really weird for me as nobody else in our family has experienced hair loss even if they are aging.

We just finished watching a television show about makeovers. The nature of the show is that they search for people who needs makeovers and they sponsor them. The story for this current episode is somewhat inspiring. It features a girl who is suffering from severe adult acne and bad fashion taste. Well, they can’t do much about her acne but they certainly improved her fashion sense.

The makeover that she had was definitely life changing. It’s great to know that there are shows that also cares for regular people and help then in little ways that matters a lot.

My father has been a tobacco smoker for more than fifteen years now and it has been his hobby to try out different tobacco flavors and brands. What’s weird is that he describes his experiences with each new flavor and document them in his blog.

My father is slowly becoming a tobacco reviewer that publishes his opinion on his online journal. This is how enthusiastic he is with cigars. The good thing is that despite his level of enthusiasm, he keeps smoking in moderation.
