Fresh juice is really refreshing especially in a hot summer afternoon. I love drinking different fruit juices and shakes made fresh by my wife. However, my wife made me a carrot juice for breakfast. At first I wasn’t really sure if I even want to try it. When I finally convinced myself to drink the carrot juice, I was surprised that it wasn’t as bad as I thought. My wife just smiled at me and told me some interesting facts about carrots.
Carrots are rich in vitamin C, potassium, folate, iron and beta-carotene. It is an important part of diets of people who are into body cleansing.
