Rest for Recovery

Sleep is an important part of our lives as it is when we allow our bodies and minds to recover. Without enough sleep, our bodies will become weak and our immune system will weaken. We will be more prone to acquiring diseases and illnesses. To make things worse, you will look older and actually grow old faster. You will probably grow some acne and have dark circles under your eyes. If you have troubles sleeping, you better start using over the counter sleep aids right away.

If you sleep eight hours a day, you are sleeping a third of your life. But this is just how it should be. We should not abuse our bodies just to make the most of our time.
