Our family always looks forward weekends because this is when we talk about how everyone is doing and share stories of our own. We usually eat lunch together and watch a movie afterwards. However, it seems like we are running out of enthusiasm for our family bonding time. Because of this, we came up with an idea to bring a whole new life to our weekends – backyard barbecues! Instead of watching movies inside the house, we decided to bring the fun outside and grill pork, chicken and kebabs.

Before we can start our barbecue weekends, we will need to buy a barbeque grill. Though we would love to choose among Gas Barbecues, it is more appropriate to buy traditional charcoal BBQs because we will use it outdoors. Gas BBQs would cook our food faster and more convenient but I think the traditional Charcoal BBQs are just more exciting to use. The charcoal, the smoke and heat from the traditional barbecue just gives a unique experience.

Having a barbecue weekend is a great activity for our entire family and we hope that it can strengthen our relationship with each other.
